Curious if anyone has had experience with Achilles Enthesopathy. Been dealing with heal pain for a few months. Have taken a couple months off of running with no improvement, finally went ahead and got an MRI. Initial diagnosis is Achilles Enthesopathy. Curious if anyone has dealt with this before, what was helpful to improve health. I had planned to run Buenos Aires Marathon in October. Not sure that will be able to happen now. Ran my only other marathon coming off of injury and don't want to do that again.
