Aftershokz is supposed to be making a stand-alone (memory integrated so you can load music on to them) waterproof headphone model. Mainly for swimming, but also for running. I've tried their other headphones at a display and was surprised at how good they sounded. Not as good as earbuds but close. There are other brands that already offer stand-alone bone conduction headphones but I'm sceptical of the sound quality.
