tapering question (Read 395 times)

    I have my first half marathon this upcoming Sunday. I dont k now all that much about tapering. I kept it real simple so far, just ran 3.2 on Monday, took yesterday off, and figure I will run 3-4 each day this week and take Sat off? I will just Crosstrain on the elliptical. Does this sound ok?

      It sounds okay to me. You could even run a few miles on Saturday.

        Yep, if it were me I'd take Friday off and run 2-3 really easy miles on Sat.

        Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to

        remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
