Planning weekly running schedule (Read 140 times)


    Hi there!

    I do log my runs and other workouts with the RA training log. However, I think I have just scratched the surface of what the log can do. Right now I am looking for a way to insert scheduled workouts into the calendar.

    Do you just enter them as a run (or other workout) and then enter the time later?


    PS: Hope this is the right forum.

      Create a Training Plan (look on the left hand menu) in your log.

      When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
