VERY minor UI observation
The post button is disabled until you type at least one letter.
Or until you insert a picture, AND then type a letter.
But if you insert a picture, then type a letter, then backspace over it, the post button is still enabled.
So it isn't that a post with only a picture doesn't qualify for a post -- it just requires typing then erasing a letter.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
I think the problem is not with inserting the image, but the lack of a keyboard event... The Post button responds when you click on the keyboard, but since the image is inserted via a dialog, there is not keyboard event so it won't check if it should enable. I'll see if I can attach the check to some other event.
I think you're right: if you hit Reply, then insert a smiley, and insert a table, the Post button is still disabled. This sounds like it fits well with your explanation.
