Garmin download problem (Read 361 times)

I'm having trouble downloading from my 305. I went to the Garmin page & got the latest communicator for Mac, but that isn't helping. When I try to connect, I get the following message:

OFF_LIMIT.EnableCheckBox is not a function.

Any ideas?

Jennie,

What browser are you using? It sounds like your browser doesn't have the latest files. Forcing a refresh usually does the trick.

Eric, we use Firefox, and I'm pretty sure we've got the latest version.

In any case, after I posted this & fiddled around some more, I got frustrated & tried my solution of last resort -- rebooting -- and it worked just fine after that. I don't know what was going on, but it's OK now!. Thanks!
