Forums >Health and Nutrition>Running After Meniscus Surgery
Wow, KMB, that is some story... I have this feeling that our thread (the larger group) includes a huge range of ages and severity of damage, which superimposed on all of the other variables among humans (body weight, healing rapidity, etc.) makes it challenging to apply others' experiences to our own situation. But it is helpful to me to hear from others, especially older runners with degenerative meniscal problems. After 104 marathons and ultras and being uber-connected to my local running scene, I am struggling with this adjustment to some sort of permanent change.... anyway, thanks...
