She goes out way too fast. Needs to learn some pacing. And all that screaming is going to get her HR way too elevated. And that guy in the mask seriously needs to work on his aerobic base. A better hydration strategy, too. Amateurs.

He also should consider some technical clothing. I'll bet that jumpsuit isn't made of Coolmax.
