how do i import my running log from another website? and i'm using firefox on a windows xp

He did mine through email as well. And fast, too! Not only is this (in my opinion) the best running log site on the 'net, the customer service can't be beat!

How do I drop it off? its all exported onto some program. Am i just supposed to copy and paste it all?
