RunningAHEAD - Topic: Trails in Nashville TN area

OK - I am aware of Percy Warner Park via HHFMM. I don't see that there are a lot of trails when looking at Google maps but that doesn't mean anything.

Any recommendations from TN ppl for trails in / around the Nashville area?

If not, where do people drive to hit a good area?

There are actually about 17+ miles of trails in PWP and EWP if you count the horse trail which you're not supposed to run on, but...um... yeah. All of the trails are pretty well marked... The Red trail can be a tad taxing, but it's awesome.

If you are running trails in Tennessee, use tick repellent. Seriously. I can no longer eat mammal meat. I would not wish this upon anyone:
