    Yeah! Also...PB, chips 'n cheese (salt, fat, protein, carbs), canned tuna, berries...coffee. Big grin

        PIZZA!!! I love having a slice or two of pizza after my long runs on Saturdays. I didn't have any yesterday though, and I'm still craving it!
