You should really be using Garmin Express which takes the browser out of the picture. No plugins are needed any more. Garmin Express moves the data from the watch to your computer and directly to GarminConnect.

And wouldn't it be cool if, once uploaded to Garmin Connect, your workouts were automatically pushed to RunningAhead?
