Imminent Catastrophe

Frowzy, I can't add any advice, you've already gotten a lot of good suggestions. All I can say is that Chickamauga is a beautiful race, running through the Civil War monuments is really memorable. And it's fast, I PR'ed there (and got a stress fracture too, but that's another story). Postrace food is great, just visualize that pizza that's waiting for you. I'll be doing the 10-miler this year, maybe I'll see you there. (Lest anyone think I'm a wimp, blame Trent for holding the Monkey a week later).

"The most common question from potential entrants is 'I do not know if I can do this' to which I usually answer, 'that's the whole point'.--Paul Charteris, Tarawera Ultramarathon RD.

That would be very cool! Haven't met a fellow 'RA' runner yet!
