We've had a number of days with temps in the high 80s and dp of 78*
Not running for my health, but in spite of it.

I kept checking the forecast for my race this whole week, and I think I'll be running in that kind of condition this weekend for my first 100 miler... I'm not sure if that's better or worse than having hotter temp but lower dp...
High dew point is worse because you keep sweating, but with less cooling effect, because nothing evaporates.
Good luck! Pace yourself, stay hydrated, but also pay attention to your sodium and potassium intake.
