Probably, that's not the kind of events one might call thrilling or exciting, but still worth having a look, even if you don't understand a single word. They don't talk a lot
Why are some running in the inner lane and others in the outside lane? Is this by choice or are the inner lane people seeded there because they are faster? Can't imagine running an ultra around a track. That would take some serious mental fortitude.

Usually yes, it works like this, the inside lanes are for the faster runners and the outside ones are for amateurs. This time it was different. Actually, it was two races, not one: 100k and 6 hours. So, 100k runners ran along the inside lanes, while the outside lanes were for the 6-hour race.

I wonder how they count the distance for all runners, probably participants to wear runners watch or something similar.
