Modified the title and scope of this thread, because I found the HyVee ad objectionable, but I applaud the kids in this news story. Interesting how we look at such things.

Am I oversensitive

...or is this just wrong?

Well I suspect they are doing this on more than just chicken breasts.

I agree that you should not eat pink chicken. Cook it thoroughly.

(and I must be blind. I've stared at that package for awhile now. Hmmm. I miss easy stuff sometimes)

I don't really see what's wrong with the ad.

Clive's picture does make me feel dirty, though.

I would just suggest that they put Join the Fight Against Breast Cancer on a page that isn't selling chicken breasts.
