Forgot Password Email not received (Read 312 times)

Hello,

I recently created an account with the screen name of robrowe.  When I returned to the site I was unable to login again (after entering the correct email address and what I thought was the right pw).  I then went through the process of of getting an email sent to me to reset the password. I haven't received a single email.  I've done it multiple times. 

I looked on the site to see if there was an email to send issues to but couldn't find one.  I also tried to log an issue through the forums but was unable to since I wasn't logged in.  So I attempted to create a new account with my hotmail account that I used with my first account and was unable to because there was already an account for that email address.  I would really like to use the first account I created.  What can I do to get my password reset so I can log in?

 I've tried using Firefox 3.5.5 and IE 8 with the same results.
