Forums >Running 101>Men's the women's running conversion time?
I want to semi-accurately compare myself with some of my friends, who are girls. I'm not sure if there is a universal conversion for all times, all ages, and all levels. If not, please tell me a conversion for the 800m and the 1600m, for high schoolers at normal schools. I have heard 10 seconds per mile, and 87 percent of men.
Are we there, yet?
This calculator can help you compare by gender, age, and distance.
