RIP Milkman
Well I certainly wouldn't use the microphone when running, it's way too windy.
Otherwise, sound quality is great. I have multiple Bose headphones (QuietComfort) and I love these just as much.

Runs in the rain
I don't often run with music, but when I do I use a cheap set of foam covered earbuds that fit just outside the ear canal, not in it. They do have wires, so not exactly what you asked. The advantage is I can easily hear traffic noise with them on so I feel safe when running out on roads.
Long distance runner, what you standin' there for?Get up, get out, get out of the door!
