Competitor A: How are you soo good?

Competitor B  raises chest and proudly announces: I AM THE ULTIMATE SANDBAGGER

I watched the video. I don't want to be a sandbagger.

... I've seen people get similar workouts playing with their children - I just wouldn't suggest letting them hit the ground as hard as they do with the sandbags in the video.

Get a military duffel at the surplus store for $5 and throw some sand in it. It makes a cheap training tool if you're into that sort of thing. Mine weighs about as much as I do. They build old man strength... Wink I prefer regular barbells.

Can I just play in a sandbox instead?
I think it is a great idea for working out.   It almost always better to work in as dynamic way as possible.   I think this type of training would allow you to be much more dynamic that a work out with weights.   That being said... who would buy a sand bag?  Make them your own damn self..
