Yes. Figure it will be 'something' to log or at least feel like you didn't bail. You may surprise yourself. Just set a minimum time/distance & be happy with that if that's all you can muster. Most impt. every step remember "I didn't want to for the life of me ... but I got out & did it" THAT is what separates YOU from the excuse makers.
