Forums >General Running>Do you focus on your Strengths? or Weaknesses?
read a couple of contradicting articles...
essentially, focusing on Intervals, vs Tempo, vs Long runs..?
https://www.runnersworld.com/training/a20790930/find-your-running-strengths/
according to this article, targeting VO2 max, vs lactate threshold, vs running economy.
they grouped the categories as 5k/10k, 10mile/Half marathon, and Marathon'ers
Off the top of my head I though, one should focus on their weaknesses, but the 1 article suggested that leaves you beat up/worn out, vs occasionally targeting your weakness and focusing& developing your strengths, which after reading kind of made some sense as well.
