It's not like spoiling the finale to the season of your favorite show. It's just a medal (that I don't really need to get--after a race all I need is a banana, coffee, recovery, not die, and my name in the official results). I rarely even look at them. I gave them all away at some point to some program that gave them all to kids somewhere. Amazing to me people really make this small potato an issue.

Shirt, medal, other swag, personally don't care if I see it before or after as it has no bearing on my performance. If its something unique fleece zip-up, etc) then I'd like to know about it before I signed up.
