There is a section to enter Races you have done and the results but I can't figure out how it works. I managed to get my shoes entered and I see how to enter and log training runs. Anybody know? Maybe I should try Eric

Forrest, One of the options for run entries is the run type, such as easy, tempo, or fartlek. To generate PRs, all you have to do is set the run type to be "Race" and you'll be good to go. eric
