I made it through all this bull without ending up in the hospital and things are finally getting back to normal.
I've done my best to live the right way. I get up every morning and go to work each day.
THAT is what counts, what really matters. For you and for all those that love you and want you in their lives for years to come. Stay healthy, stay strong and don't stress for a minute over the races -- you love running, enjoy each mile that passes under your shoes, fast, slow, race or whatever.
