Forums >Running 101>I just ran my first mile nonstop. So thanks everyone!
After lots of intervals of walking/running, I finally ran my first mile nonstop this morning. It’s a small thing but considering I wouldn’t have run to the bathroom a month ago, it’s a huge thing to me. I’ve been lurking here, soaking in all of the questions and advice and taking it all to heart. So, just a word of thanks to all of you for piping in to help us beginners out. I, for one, am appreciative and super psyched to carry on.
