Getting up in the morning. (Read 928 times)

I live in SE North Carolina, and in the summer you either get up and before sunrise or you don't run at all. In July and August it can be 80+ degrees and 95% humidity at 5 am, but evening runs are worse after the sun has heated things up for 12 hours. I have trained my body to wake up between 4 and 5 am, so I always make sure I have the automatic coffee maker timed to have the coffee ready when I wake up. I take about 30-45 minutes to get dressed, drink coffee, go to the bathroom, download a podcast, and read a little news online. It's a nice morning routine.
