Route mapping not working? (Read 21 times)

I just wanted to map a route, and the field to enter the location is missing. I'm using safari on an iPad with iOS 9.3.4, if that matters.

Hi runharrietrun,

You may have run out of screen real estate. Try putting your iPad to landscape mode and see if it gives you enough width to display the address text box.

unfortunately, no, I tried that and it's still not there!

MTA: it works on my Windows laptop, though.
