How accurate would you say that garmins are? (Read 1204 times)

Menace to Sobriety

My 405 is defintely accurate as was my last model.  I know it is accurate because I foten run a trail with mile markers.  The watch clocks miles very consistent with mile markers.

Assuming the mile markers are accurate.

Janie, today I quit my job. And then I told my boss to go f*** himself, and then I blackmailed him for almost sixty thousand dollars. Pass the asparagus.

    will run for popsicles

i've got an out and back one-mile course on a road that i measured multiple times with a wheel. garmin is consistently EXACTLY 1.00 on this course. and since it's just out and back there's no tangents or anything to mess it up. so from this super anal boy's perspective, garmin is so close to being perfect that it's not worth worrying about.
