It worked yesterday, then didn’t work. I keep getting an error message saying the uploaded file contains no data which isn’t the case.
No auto upload for me today either.

Largely the same. I had 3 separate runs this morning (warmup/cool down to/from the track + workout) and only the warmup showed up here.

I had an issue yesterday where Connect didn’t like my password, when I went in to grab the .fit file, since my workout didn’t show. I ended up having to reset and suspect something wonky on that end.
Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to
remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.

Garmin sync was down a couple of days ago, and my two workouts from that day did not get to RA. I tried the manual upload yesterday and today, and there's nothing, so I think RA's uploader process may have died and needs to be restarted. (The direct Garmin sync is still working.)
Manual upload worked instantly this morning. Either it was fixed on the RA end, or it worked because I uploaded one file at a time rather than selecting both at once.
