what now?! Foot issue (Read 424 times)

great. I got up from my desk (lovely desk job - blech) and noticed a rather sharp pain at the ball of my foot - radiating to my big toe (right foot, of course - since it's tied to my right leg which seems to be the bane of my existance these days). Any ideas? Think it's from the PT and those damned towel scrunches??

Could be. My PT had me doing marble pick-ups with the right foot and I also noticed some pains in the ball of the foot afterwards, just at the base of the toes. The pain went away pretty quickly after I stopped doing those. No clue why though, sorry.
