    I want to start lifting 2-3 times a week for the upper body (hopefully to make me stronger and more efficient) in addition to my 5 day running schedule. Anybody know any good, concise programs. I will probaly do these on my lunch time so I only have @45 minutes including a shower. Thanks you guys! HOSS Smile
