RunningAHEAD - Topic: First Ever 7 Day Run Streak

I never really participate in the forums here, because I just use our high school's team forum, but when I realized that today marked my first ever 7 day run streak, I just had to share it with the RunningAhead community. In the past I had never run on Sundays, and the ONE time I did in 2009, it didn't complete a week-streak.

Finally.

7 days of running (like... quality running Big grin ).

In a row.

June 20, 2010 (Father's Day 2010, Happy Father's Day!).

Normally I would try to get the streak as high as I can, like into the hundreds, which wouldn't be too hard with the summer, and once school starts it's even easier, but my coach has assigned us a complete rest day next Sunday, so I'll only get to 13 by then.

I am feeling like linking all these runs it a good idea right now. Just vary your workouts and you can keep going. Easy day for me today! I wish I had started and kept going at your age! Good luck!
