I did not run on New Years. Let's just say that I had taken advantage of the only day that trains run all night in Tokyo.

I did not run either today. It is my off day. Did go for a walk in the Mall. Doesn't that count for something. :-)

Short term goal: 5K Long term goal: half marathon. Stay injury free. Shawn
