Well, I know there will probably be about 40 more of these types of threads, nonetheless, I feel the need to do one. 2007: 698 miles 2008: 1685 miles 2008 Jan - November Avg. Miles: 131 2008 December Miles: 235.8 Total thanks to all those who have encouraged me to make the jump in miles to get some awesome marathon times next year. Jan-April with some more months like this one, and I'm hoping to destroy my times. MTA: December was also the first month I've ran 50 mpw (I'd reached that twice before - once in May, and once in November, but couldn't keep it consistent.)

Absolutely a great job. It'll sure pay off come marathon time.
