soccer player in need of running help (Read 44 times)


    I have to run two miles in 14minutes or better but I'm not a great runner my mile time at best is 7:45 and I only have a month HELP


      What are you trying to do with running? We need a little more information to help. What are your goals? What do you have a month to do? What's your training history?


      If you're just starting out, my suggestion is to slow down on your general runs. Work on running consistently and evenly. If you're trying to build endurance for soccer, do the same thing.


      Also, if you have run two miles in 14 minutes, you have run at worst, a 7:00 best mile. Other nitpick, please use punctuation, it's much easier to follow then. Cheers!
