I used to run a lot and race a lot. Then recently I have started taking days off, and racing less.
This weekend I've another race that I'll train through, but I've been thinking of focusing on a race and taking it seriously. Even to the point of being willing to invest for it.
Which shoes are fastest?
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
