Wow Jan! You ran your first 5k 31:30? That is truly awesome. I'm very impressed. My first 5k run was 41 minutes and I was equally excited! That was really nice of Big Richard to stay with you on your run - I always appreciate faster people respecting my slowness because I feel like it's a sacrifice for them. Blush
