Salazar Training (Read 297 times)

We want low mileage folks so we can ramp up their mileage to an 80-90mile peak and shockingly more mileage will make them faster and we'll call it personalized?

Seems like there is a threshold where more mileage will make you faster at the full.... I just can't figure out why Salazar is doing this? Even if it's Alex? How much $ can he make on $89/person....unless they're testing their back end system and want to roll it out broadly to all the Nike plus folks?

    50 Miles - done

    41.6 Miles - done

    26.2 Miles - done

...now it's time to get faster.
