RunningAHEAD - Topic: zipping files

I see I need to zip the Garmin Training Center files in order to upload. Do I really have to spend my hard earned money to purchase zipping software or is there cost effective method (yes, I'm cheap) way to accomplish this?

If you're on Windows, right click on the file, then select Send To -> Compressed (zipped) folder.

And on a mac, ctrl-click on it and select "compress" to zip it.

Spend that hard earned money on a donation to RunningAhead instead Wink

i read the thread title as "zipping flies" and thought this was maybe going to be about fly fishing or maybe about the zen master ability to grab household flies from midair as they buzz by or mabye even about keeping the ol' barn door closed.

imagine my disappointment.
