Ready to give up I need help (Read 443 times)

      give up, find something healthy that you enjoy doing and go do that.  Seems silly to put so much effort into something that only brings you pain and frustration.


        I would not recommend giving up - if it's something you enjoy, and you WANT to do.  However, you have to listen to your body.

        Go to a Sports Med Specialist (MD) and ask for follow-up with a Sports Med Physical Therapist... Often times there can be biomechanical issues related to tightness and/or weakness that are in joints (e.g.: hips or core) that are not on your 'radar' but can have a very profound effect on how your body can take the pounding stress of running.  Good luck!
