>Look What I Can Do!>Rowed my first marathon
I have been struggling with PF for 18 months so I have not been able to run. After not being as active as I should last year (consistently), I picked up indoor rowing in January. In February I got a Concept2 rower at home. In March I rowed at least 10K for 25 days of the month as part of an online challenge. But this is the best - I ended my "marathon virginity" by rowing my first marathon on Friday.
In it for the long run..
Congratulations! How long did it take? I can't even imagine doing that.

I am slow and took liberal breaks, so it took me 4 hr 6 min.
That is a lot of rowing! Congrats!
You must have an amazing set of shoulders!
Well at least someone here is making relevance to the subject. - S.J.
Pretty cool ! How beat up were you afterwards?

Pretty sore. I am fairly new to rowing. However, I was able to mow the yard the next day (ouch!) so it could have been tons worse. Everything hurt. I don't think a single spot was left unscathed.
haha sounds like my kind of sport. Pain is my game
