New and have a question about logging work outs (Read 374 times)


    Say, I do a loop 5 times is there a way to log it in on the training log that way?  I have entered the course on the map.  Just wasn't sure!

      Yes. When you are logging the new workout, use the Interval Data section for each of your loops.  Enter the distance and time for each loop, and these will be aggregated to the total and distance for the log entry.

      I've done my best to live the right way. I get up every morning and go to work each day. (for now)
