A vegetarian dish...Vegetarian Stir Fry...
Oh...And come on now folks...There's gotta be other "foodies" here, right? Put'em up!
Another vegan creation...
Falafel pitas w/ a nice, tart tahini/yogurt sauce and mixed green salad in a light red wine/balsamic viniagrette. GAWD I love falafel!
Village people
I'll take that falafel recipe. Both dishes looks delicious.
I'm a definite foodie, but I don't often take pictures when I cook.
I will tell you though, your kitchen puts my kitchen to shame . I will be a happy girl when we can upgrade our laminate countertops, linoleum floors, and cheap electric stove. Sadly, it probably won't be for another few years, when we have a kid or two and outgrow our townhouse - if we're going to do something nice, it won't be in a house that we know we won't be in long term.
I covet a nice kitchen. Whenever we do move, I think it will be the most important room in the house.

We bought the house when it was under construction. That allowed us to design the kitchen we've always wanted. The kitchen itself is 21'x21' with a huge island in the middle, a nice commercial grade 6 burner, dual oven range...Stuff like that. It was great being able to select what we wanted. Whenever we entertain, people seem to migrate toward the kitchen and it's nice having a kitchen large enough to accommodate a lot of people without getting in the way of any food prep, ya know?
Sure thing. I'll get it to you this evening.

Yumm...Looks delish and thanks for posting your food pics. I love pork, but it looks as if I may be cooking it a lot less frequently as it seems my wife my have developed an intolerance to animal protein or fat. Shes now to the point where even eggs will result in acid reflux/heartburn. Oddly enough, dairy doesn't have the same effect.
Thatnks!
No worries...You've got mail.

Fine dining!
Doin' an eggplant lasagna tonight.
I was on my own for dinner tonight, so I took advantage of the opportunity to get my ramen fix.
