Edinburgh or Leiden Marathon (Read 63 times)

Has anyone done either the Edinburgh (Scotland) or Leiden (Netherlands) Marathon?
They are both the same weekend (end of May) and I'm thinking of signing up for one and am not sure which to choose.

Have you checked marathonguide.com? You'll find a few reviews there for each race. Here's Leiden and here is Edinburgh.

I did Edinburgh last year and am signed up again for this year.

It's a great course, and an enjoyable city to visit. The organisation was good.

Last year it was very hot on the day - much hotter than one would normally expect for that time of year in Edinburgh.
