How do I copy workout on a Mac (Read 14 times)


    I use a Mac and I know it says to copy a workout you hold down the "options" key and click and drag workout to new page.  This doesn't seem to work for me.  Any suggestions.  Thanks.

      I think you want to drag the date heading where you want it to duplicate.  So to duplicate today's entire entry you'd want to grab the May 1 header in blue and drag it to May 8 (or whatever date you'd like to do the same workout).
