Forums >Off the Beaten Path>Happy birthday to the Oreo and David Gilmour.
I heard those Birthday Cake Oreos are pretty damn amazing.
Cookie.
Good enough.
Get some extra filling
And you're douuuuuble stuff.
(BTW here is why lyric sites suck. For the past several years, friends have viewed these things as The Last Word on song lyrics when I know... 100% for sure... that some lyrics out there are just flat wrong. And because lyric sites seem to copy each other, the wrong lyrics get replicated, which adds fuel for these friends that the lyrics MUST be right. Anyway, if you look up Money on lyricsfreak, it says Money was written by... Peter Frampton. WTF)
Gluten.
Get away.
It's the root of all evil toooooooday.

Runners run
Break on through
On Frampton Comes Alive, there's "(I'll give you) Money" - composer: Frampton followed by "Shine On" - composer: Frampton, Gilmour, Waters, Wright. (Credits according to Allmusic.com).
"Not to touch the Earth, not to see the Sun, nothing left to do but run, run, run..."
Couldn't care less about Oreos.
Gilmour, however...awesome.
Saw a quote one time.
"I'm sick of all these people comparing David Gilmour to God. I mean, God's OK and everything, but he's no David Gilmour."
Jeff
I've got a fever...
David Gilmour's OK and everything, but he's no Syd Barrett.
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

Not at it at all.
Really not in to the early, early Pink Floyd.
But, that's just my opinion.

I thought the punch line was going to be... "David Gilmour's ok,, but he's no Eric Clapton."
