I really think only #6 or possibly #4 (flies or beasts is really quite a range, you'd think that would have been narrowed down a bit) could stop the OP from running sub 4:00. I mean what are frogs really going to do?
well, #1 would cause him to be dehydrated, and frogs would be quite slippery...
BTW, the 'flies or beasts' they are talking about flew around/swarmed like flies, but are said to have been quite large and monstrous, so that is probably where the 'or beasts' came from. Don't have time to check my Bible to actually quote. I'm on my way out the door.
