     blood lactate levels of 2 mmol/liter for 10-20 minute stretches. 

     

    You have lost me. Is this practical info we should understand? I'm closer to a couch potato than an elite. Do I need to get the new garmin to measure this?

              yeah, but isn't it neat? :3 Google's making non-invasive blood glucose monitors too, but those aren't really intended for athletes.
