Forerunner 110 not recognized (Read 1262 times)

    My forerunner 110 is not always recognized by my computer or RA.  I'm sure this has been posted in the past but I cant find the solution.  Not sure if its a Garmin, RA or computer issue.  Im guessing computer.  Any help would be appreciated by me and i'm sure alot of others.  Thx

      Hi,

      same here. Forerunner 310 XT cannot upload data. Has been like this for about 10 days.

      After trying uploading the message is: "No new data".

       

      System: Mac 10.6.8

      Garmin training center 3.1.5.

      Garmin ANT agent 2.1.9

       

      Browser:

      Opera (ok - won't work)

      Safari 5.1

      Firefox 6.0.1

       

      Have updated training center and ANT agent, don't know what to do next...

        Other users have reported this problem but in every instance, it is a Communicator problem.  Try connecting the GPS to a different USB port.  It should be connected directly to the computer's USB port (as opposed to connected through your monitor or some other USB hub).  In most cases, the problem goes away on its own.  If the problem persists, you should contact Garmin support.

          I don't have a 310xt.  From what I understand, this is an ANT agent problem.  It is reporting there are no new workouts.  Have you tried unchecking the upload new workouts only checkbox and see if that works?
